📜 Terms and Conditions for ATHMA BANDHU CORP (Code: RAS0012)

These Terms and Conditions govern the engagement between you and ATHMA BANDHU CORP (“DSA”) as a Direct Selling Agent for LIC Housing Finance Limited (LICHFL).

1. Scope of Services

1.1. DSA Role: ATHMA BANDHU CORP acts solely as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for LICHFL for the purpose of soliciting and referring prospective customers for LICHFL’s loan products. 1.2. No Authority to Sanction: The DSA’s role is limited to the collection of applications, preliminary scrutiny of documents, and submission to LICHFL. The DSA does not have the authority to sanction, approve, or disburse any loan, nor to make any commitment whatsoever on behalf of LICHFL. 1.3. Independent Contractor: ATHMA BANDHU CORP is an independent contractor and not an employee or partner of LICHFL.

2. Client Obligations and Declarations

2.1. Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information, documents, and data provided to the DSA are true, accurate, complete, and genuine. 2.2. Verification: You authorize the DSA and LICHFL to conduct necessary checks, verifications (including income proof, KYC, and credit history), and inquiries with third parties as required for the loan application process. 2.3. Consent to Sharing: You expressly consent to the sharing of your personal and financial information with LICHFL and its affiliated service providers for the purpose of processing and assessing your application. 2.4. Fees: You acknowledge that the DSA’s services for referral are covered by the agreement with LICHFL. Any upfront fees or charges related to the loan processing (e.g., application fee, processing fee) are as per LICHFL’s published schedule and will be payable to LICHFL or its authorized collector as per their instructions. The DSA will not demand any unauthorized cash payment or bribe.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1. Ethical Practices: The DSA and its representatives adhere to the Model Code of Conduct for Direct Selling Agents as stipulated by the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) and LICHFL. 3.2. Misrepresentation: The DSA shall not mislead you on any service/product offered by LICHFL or make false/unauthorized commitments. 3.3. Privacy: The DSA shall respect your privacy. Telephonic contact will normally be limited to 09:30 hours and 19:00 hours, and visits will be within the prescribed time period unless you expressly authorize otherwise. Your interests will only be discussed with you or an individual/family member authorized by you.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The DSA shall not be liable for any decision made by LICHFL regarding your loan application, including rejection, delay, or sanction terms. 4.2. The DSA shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information. 4.3. Your sole recourse for any issues related to the loan product, its terms, or LICHFL’s services is directly with LIC Housing Finance Limited.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the DSA harmless from any claims, damages, or lawsuits (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your negligence, malfeasant acts, or misrepresentation/breach of any obligations under these terms.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City/State of DSA’s operation, e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra].

7. Acceptance

By submitting your loan application and associated documents through ATHMA BANDHU CORP (Code: RAS0012), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
